Cancellation & Refund
- Full refunds are available if requested 60 days prior to the conference date.
- 50% refund applies to requests made between 30 to 60 days before the event.
- No refunds will be processed within 30 days of the conference.
- All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative processing fee.
Important Notes
- At least one author per paper must register at the Regular Academic Rate.
- Co-authors who wish to attend must register separately as "Listener/Co-Author".
- The length of a paper is strictly limited to 6-8 pages. Extra pages incur additional charges.
- On-site registration is not allowed for paper presenters, only for listeners.
