What's Included?

Technical & Scientific Access
Access to all plenary sessions, keynote speeches, technical tracks, and workshops. You will also receive a digital copy of the presentation abstracts prior to the conference start date.
Publication & Indexing
Registration covers the cost of publishing ONE full paper in the ICRESA 2026 proceedings. The proceedings will be submitted for indexing in Scopus and Web of Science (SCIE). Additional papers require extra page charges.
Hospitality & Logistics
Includes daily buffet lunches, morning/afternoon coffee breaks, and the official Gala Dinner. A physical conference kit containing a branded bag, notepad, and local souvenirs is provided upon check-in.

Terms & Policies

Please review our policies carefully before completing your registration.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Full refunds are available if requested 60 days prior to the conference date.
  • 50% refund applies to requests made between 30 to 60 days before the event.
  • No refunds will be processed within 30 days of the conference.
  • All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative processing fee.

Important Notes

  • At least one author per paper must register at the Regular Academic Rate.
  • Co-authors who wish to attend must register separately as "Listener/Co-Author".
  • The length of a paper is strictly limited to 6-8 pages. Extra pages incur additional charges.
  • On-site registration is not allowed for paper presenters, only for listeners.
